You may want to try a Marine Shop. It looks like they are used heavily on boats.

I think you'll find Muncho Lake much further North of the Ft St John to Ft Nelson leg.

RE: Propane Heaters in a Tent

FloridaLemon
I have two friends resting peacefully in their graves because of a catalytic heater. They were hunting in the fall and left the heater on, to apparently take the chill off. They were found two days later by a Game Warden, end of story. Apparently not from carbon monoxide but lack of oxygen.

RE: Virtual Memory Low

Go into your virtual memory settings and set it to let Windows control it. That should solve your problem.

RE: Reinstall of XP3

jomasw
I think your problem originated when you downloaded the updates and then AVG. Once a new install is completed, install your Antivirus software first, then all others after. Either that of take your computer off line until all your installs are fisnished.

RE: Hard Drive Letter Designation

ryoung
You can't change the drive letter of your System Disk from within Windows XP.
My advise is to do it all over again with the USB disk removed. A lot of install program default to C drive and you will be filling up the USB quite quickly.

RE: Merging traffic

BlackSilver
That's is basically the way it is in Alberta too. In Canada I would suggest that applies only to a two lane highway merging into a one lane highway. I disagree with your earlier comment about Canada having to let the merger in by changing lanes. The merging traffic has a good view of the road in front of them the driver on the freeway should not have to look over their right shoulder to gauge traffic IMHO. The driver facing the Traffic control Device ie: Merge Sign, has the responsibility to adjust, not the driver on the freeway. These are my opinions after 25yrs LEO.

RE: Outer Wheel Bearings

Tiffany50
With problems like you are experiencing, I'd check and determine what weight of axles you have under the 5th Wheel. They may be too light and the bearings are too small for the trailer weight.

Yes it is interesting, as it happens to Canadians too, when they go south across the border, at the US checkpoints.

RE: Just drove to Alaska from OR

AK50
I was raised along the Alaska Hiway long before it was paved. Our theory back then, was to get as close to the oncoming vehicle as possible, and slow down. By being close it didn't allow the rocks from the other vehicle enough space to get airborne high enough to smack into the windshield. The grille and front bumpers took all the hits. :h
